Outlook for Commercial Real Estate
As if the downturn in residential real estate wasn't enough, now we see big problems on the horizon for the commercial sector. This is a very interesting video on the downturn.
Anecdotally, as you drive around the tri-city area there appears to be a growing number of vacancies and those properties that are vacant seem to be taking longer to lease. This has to be a growing concern for local governments so dependent on sales tax revenue.
